Due to venue limitations and to maintain the intimacy of our appointments, A Week in Legal London is limited to 60 participants and 60 registered guests.
The participant registration fee is $2,795.00, and includes all of the education programs, materials, five luncheons, transportation to the daily scheduled venues, the Sunday Welcome Reception, the Friday trip to Broughton Castle as well as the Closing Reception and Gala Dinner at Trinity House.
A Week in Legal London is primarily an educational experience for members of the legal profession. However, non-attorney guests (minimum age 18) may also attend as full program registrants. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note: the above program fee does not include air travel or hotel accommodations.
The guest registration fee is $995.00, and includes the Sunday Welcome Reception, Tuesday and Thursday activities, Monday and Wednesday lunch in the Inns of Court, the Friday trip to Broughton Castle, and the Closing Reception and Gala Dinner. Guests who wish to participate in any part of the educational program must pay the full registration fee of $2,795.00.
Participants who register between January 1, 2011 and March 31, 2011, will receive a $100.00 discount; Guests will receive a $50.00 discount.
The Board of Governors of the State Bar of California requires that each program participant and paid guest execute a waiver of liability in favor of the State Bar. Said waiver will be due upon receipt of program registration and must be returned before reservations will be confirmed. Please click here or on the word waiver to access the form.
Cancellations/Refunds: Registration Fees are refundable as long as Mosaic Event Management is notified of the cancellation at least 30 days prior to the start of the program. A $200.00 administrative charge will be subtracted from the total fees paid and the remaining balance will be refunded. Within 30 days of the start of the program registration fees are not refundable, unless A Week in Legal London is sold out and we are able to resell your place in the program. In this situation, a $200.00 administrative charge will be subtracted from the total fees paid and the remaining balance will be refunded.
