Please plan to be checked-in to the host hotel no later than 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 15, as the program begins on Sunday afternoon.
It is our recommendation that you schedule your departing flight no earlier than Saturday morning, May 21, as our program will conclude on Friday evening.
Please be advised that the special room rate obtained at the Radisson Edwardian Hampshire Hotel is available up to three days before the program's start as well as three days after the close. When planning your travel be sure to take advantage of this great rate and come early, stay late or both!
